QUICK TAKE
Donatella Versace Stepping Down

The Italian designer, businesswoman, and fashion icon Donatella Versace recently stepped down from her nearly 30-year role as creative director of her family’s namesake brand, Versace. But she isn’t stepping away from the luxury house entirely — she’s switching out creative director for chief brand ambassador on her business card.
Designer Dario Vitale, who most recently served as a director at Miu Miu, will fill the now-vacant creative director post. After taking Miu Miu to new heights during his tenure, Vitale is coming in with a lot of promise.
In my eyes, Donatella herself is one of the most important people in fashion. She set the tone for many areas across the industry, including modeling, creative directing, and running a successful, modern luxury business. She is, and will always be, an icon. I’m so grateful to have met her a couple of times.
TUNNEL FITS
This Week’s Top 4 Tunnel Fits

Rickea Jackson: I’m feeling this gothic, all-black vibe. You can never go wrong with all black. She's been killing it all season in the WNBA and in Unrivaled with the fits, but I really love this all-black look in particular.
Devin Booker: I love this look from Book. Simple, but clean. The colors go well together with the white underneath, and the shoes matching the dark gray pants. All the gray materials are working well together. Book always does a good job with his signature black beanie look.
Tasha Cloud: I always love a crop top, especially with boots. It’s a nice compliment to each other. I’m also loving the mix of a little bit of Western and a little bit of Miami vibe. The color combo is great together.
Lewis Hamilton: I always love a nice tonal look, especially from Lewis. Tonal brown on brown is great. The shades look cozy, but very swaggy, which I love. Let's go! Looking forward to seeing more of his looks now that he’s with Ferrari.
TREND WATCH
Maximalism

Quiet luxury is out, and it’s time to live a little more loudly. I think “maximalism” in fashion — the kind Versace has championed for decades — is amazing. Honestly, it’s the style that I tend to lean toward in my own fits. I don’t think there’s a perfect way to pull it off, which is what makes it really dope. This trend allows for your creativity to come out in ways that others may have never seen before.
The trend of neutral interiors and monochromatic outfits was cool, but I’m ready for all of us to have some fun, feel me? Go big or go home.
ELEVATE YOUR GAME
Winter to Spring Transition Pieces

One staple I would keep in my closet from winter to spring is a nice bomber jacket, especially if it’s a light-weight version. Regardless of the weather outside or the region you’re in, it looks fresh and is great to have on hand.
