VOGUE GOES HOLLYWOOD

Hey everyone! Here we are, back for round two! Welcome back. Want to give a quick shoutout to y’all for subscribing to the newsletter and joining me on this journey. I love receiving your comments and seeing all the votes on the polls. Let’s keep up the momentum!
This send marks the last edition of the regular season. So, I’m definitely looking to close out the season strong and excited to bring that powerful playoff energy on the court… and here, too!
QUICK TAKE
LA, The Home Of Fashion And Film

Vogue World is coming to Hollywood! The one-night-only tribute to film and fashion will be held at Paramount Pictures Studios Lot on Sunday, October 26, 2025... and I hope to be there.
Since its New York debut in 2022, the annual event has taken shape in a different city: London, then Paris, and now LA. The show will feature a cast of models and actors, and hold conversations about cutting-edge costumes for films and movie-centric fashion collections.
Plus, it’s all for a good cause: 100 percent of ticket proceeds will go to the Entertainment Community Fund, with a focus on supporting costume-community professionals impacted by the Los Angeles wildfires.
LA is a place where trends both start and become iconic. The laid back vibe of California mixed with the glamour of Hollywood is unmatched anywhere else in the world. It’s the perfect place for Vogue to host the next Vogue World event because they can bring in elements of costume design, red carpets, and LA street style. Using the Paramount lot to make the runway show into something people have never seen before.
I attended Vogue World in Paris last summer, and it was an event that captured the history of French fashion in a way only Vogue can. It brought together not just people from the fashion industry, but athletes, designers, actors, and singers who all take the craft of fashion seriously. I look forward to being on the ground in LA this fall if my basketball schedule allows me to be.
TUNNEL FITS
This Week’s Top 4 Tunnel Fits

Tyrese Haliburton: Spring is upon us. I think pink is such a great spring/summer color and is put together very well here, especially with the bag accessory. Great look with the shorts as well.
NaLyssa Smith: The Canadian tuxedo looks amazing. You can never go wrong with this look, especially with the kick of a cowboy boot and cowboy hat. Really love this look.
Jazz Chisholm: This here is my favorite look of the week. The suit with these mixed materials, patterns, and a double-breasted design. A leather tie and platform shoes cap it off! Everything is flowing for opening night. New York City, big lights, big fit. I love it.
Francisco Lindor: A lot of great accessories with this look. The proportions are great with the jacket and the jeans. Great overall look that was put together really well.

Good Denim

Denim never goes out of style, but there are ways you can change up your look. Keep an eye out for embellished or printed denim to turn it from a staple to a statement piece. You can ease into it with just a fresh pair of pants or fully commit with a matching, Canadian tuxedo-style set.
ELEVATE YOUR GAME
Refreshed Basics

Somewhere to save your money on shopping this spring is with your basics. T-shirts are better when they’re fresh, so pass on buying the designer tee and opt for something that is crisp and convenient for you to replace regularly.
FINAL WHISTLE
What'd you think of today's Word of Westbrook? |
To close this week’s newsletter, I want to take a moment to shout out the UCLA Women's Basketball team for making their first ever NCAA Tournament Final Four. My wife, Nina, played for the team and we met while we were both student-athletes there, so I've been close to the program for a long time now. This team is special and I’m wishing them all the best in Tampa.
See y’all next time!
Until next time,
